I started as a writer. Whatever else I've become — creative director, editorial strategist, content lead — the writing has never stopped. Below is a selection of work that shows the range: brand manifestos and voice documentation, campaign copy, editorial features, and short-form writing across channels and audiences.
What I care about most in writing is specificity. Vague language is usually a sign of vague thinking. The best brand copy doesn't just sound good; it says something true about a brand that no other brand could honestly say. The best editorial doesn't just inform, it makes you see something you hadn't seen before.

Where I Stand on AI and Creative Work
I've been using AI tools in my editorial workflow for a couple of years — Writer.ai, Gemini, Slackbot, NotebookLM, and Claude — and I've developed a perspective on this that I think is actually useful: AI is better at some things than I am, and it has no business doing other things.
It's better at: surfacing angles I haven't considered, generating first-draft structures when I'm staring at a blank document, synthesizing complex technical material into accessible language, and catching logical inconsistencies in an argument. I use it for all of those things, regularly.
It has no business making: the judgment call about whether something is true enough to say out loud, the taste call about whether a line is surprising or just unexpected, or the ethical call about what a brand should and shouldn't claim. Those are for me.
What I find most interesting about working in the AI space right now is that the brands that will communicate most credibly about AI are the ones that are honest about what it can and can't do, both for them and for everyone else. That kind of honesty requires the same thing good writing always has: a clear point of view, intellectual humility, and the willingness to say something true instead of something polished.
